Will is a mental health counsellor, registered with the Australian Counsellors Association. Will provides mental health treatment to young adults and adolescents in the Warrnambool and South West Victoria areas, who might be dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relational issues, trauma, grief or any other life difficulties.

Will specialises in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), seeking to help individuals open up, do what matters and be present. These three processes make room to experience the wide range of human experiences, both good and bad. Will has also received training in, and uses elements of;

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Solution Focused Therapy

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Life Story Work

  • Family Therapy

  • Relationship Counselling

Will is trained from a Rogerian, person centred perspective, meaning; honesty in the session, acceptance of the client, and empathy. The counselling room is always a safe and confidential space.

Will integrates years of training and experience to provide comprehensive therapeutic assessment and treatment plans that can facilitate measurable, lasting change for individuals and families.

Qualifications include:

  • Master of Counselling

  • Bachelor of Psychological Sciences

  • ACA Level 2 Registration

  • Various Short Courses and Modules

  • First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid Accreditation
